Commonwealth Home Support Program

We have partnered with the team at Phytness to offer services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). This program allows our clients to access services with only a small financial contribution.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians access entry-level support services to live independently and safely at home.

CHSP works with you to maintain your independence rather than doing things for you.
